RGB Networks introduces DBM

RGB Networks, an expert in network video processing, is introducing its Dynamic Bandwidth Manager (DBM) to European cable operators, enabling them to dramatically expand their video-on-demand (VOD) offerings leveraging existing QAM and fibre infrastructure. Utilising RGB's DBM, the industry's pioneering VOD transrater, operators can deliver up to 50 per cent more VOD programming within existing bandwidth through advanced transrating technology.
