Orange sport wins its appeal against SFR and Free

The Paris Appeal Court has overturned the decision taken by the Tribunal of Commerce on 23rd February 2009, ruling against Orange which was accused of unfairly bundling the channel as part of its TV, telephony and Internet package.
Orange has stated is fully satisfied with this decision that re-establishes its rights, and will reopen the commercialisation of the Orange sport offer to new subscribers and for online customers and from its stores immediately.
