RRSat IPTV global
April 22, 2009
In an effort to reach those broadcasters that haven’t bridged the digital divide, RRSat Global Communications Network announced RRsat Global Internet TV, a new end-to-end TV service developed in partnership with TVU Networks that delivers broadcast video from anywhere in the world via the web.
The service is compatible with television screens, PCs and mobile devices. It is now available for rollouts. According to RRsat, the Internet TV service offers providers a broad, new content platform from which to attract viewers, bundling all sorts of unique programming that would otherwise be unavailable to local operators, and making it all accessible via TV, PC and mobile phone.
