Tandberg Television, part of the Ericsson group, has introduced the RX8330 professional integrated receiver decoder, the newest product in the RX8300 series of products optimised for high-volume video distribution applications. The RX8330 distribution receiver is built into a compact, one rack (1RU) unit chassis with many standard features and an array of system configuration options. The device decodes all major SD video formats in use today, making it a safe, yet flexible choice for programmers and operators who have yet to migrate from MPEG-2 SD to MPEG-4 AVC SD.
