Eagle Rock acquires stake in i-concerts
January 21, 2009
Following an agreement with Transmedia Communications SA, Eagle Rock Entertainment has acquired a 20 per cent stake in i-concerts, Transmedia's cross platform live music channel. Since its launch in 2005, i-concerts HDTV and VOD platforms have consistently featured a selection of Eagle Vision programming, with performances from Santana, Snoop Dog, Deep Purple, Live from Montreux series and more. Further solidifying the relationship between the two companies, the corporate agreement will now give i-concerts access to the music producer's entire visual digital rights catalogue including new releases and ongoing productions.
