Freesat+ PVRs in November
October 24, 2008
The first PVR to carry the Freesat+ brand will go on general sale in the UK next month. The Foxsat-HDR has a 320GB hard drive that can store up to 80 hours of HD programming, or up to 200 hours of standard definition shows, while the eight day on-screen electronic programme guide claims to make it easy to scan the Freesat TV schedule and plan your viewing. The twin tuners means you can record two Freesat channels at the same time, while there’s also series recording, radio recording, schedule tracking, split recording and the ability to “live pause” with instant rewind.
