German TV network RTL's owner Bertelsmann is reportedly preparing to buy bTV , the most successful TV station in Bulgaria, currently owned by News Corp. News Corp has decided to dispose of all its TV operations in Central Europe, and bTV, as the most profitable, has been widely touted as the first to be sold.
