The new regions will now also be able to receive 15 TV programs as well as five radio programmes. The service line-up includes the four made-for-mobile TV channels LAOLA1.tv, LALA TV, Krone TV and Red Bull TV, but also ORF1, ORF2, ATV, Puls4, Pro7 Austria, RTL, Sat1 Österreich, VOX, RTL2, N24 and SUPER RTL as well as the radio stations Hitradio Ö3, Ö1, FM4, KroneHit and lounge.fm.
Dr Bertold Heil, managing director of Media Broadcast said that by mid-December, the company would be able to close gaps and provide DVB-H to even more regions. "It is our goal to enable more than 50 per cent of the Austrian population to receive DVB-H by the end of the year, he said.”
