MTG and Canal agree non-exclusivity

Modern Times Group (MTG), has revealed that MTG Norway and Canal Digital have signed a non-exclusivity agreement, whereby both parties have agreed not to exclusively distribute any of the five most watched channels in Norway. NRK1 and NRK2 are already distributed on both the Viasat and the Canal Digital satellite pay-TV platforms, and both TV distribution platforms are in discussions with TV2 regarding the inclusion of the channel in their packages.
