LT Multimedia acquires Sportitalia channels

Italian thematic channel producer LT Multimedia has acquired the three Sportitalia TV channels on DTT. Rome-based LT Multimedia produces the Leonardo, Marcopolo and Nuvolari channels, available both on DTT and satellite (Sky Italia). The move follows an auction for the TV assets for the ex-Interactive Group (Maroncelli 9), which was declared bankrupt in December.
