Conviva, a specialist in OTT experience management, has announced Verizon Digital Media Services as a launch partner for Conviva’s Quality of Experience (QoE) Ecosystem initiative. This gives Verizon Digital Media Services the ability to bring all QoE metrics into its end-to-end platform, further increasing visibility and understanding of the online viewer experience for Verizon customers.
“Verizon Digital Media Services has been an early innovator in bringing a complete end-to-end platform of video services to the market,” says Dr. Hui Zhang, Co-Founder and CEO of Conviva. “Our partnership demonstrates their commitment to customer success by leveraging Conviva’s platform to provide real time visibility and control of a consumer’s video experience across all elements of delivery.”
