August 25, 2016
Freesat, the subscription free satellite TV service, will sponsor ITV’s new skill-based gameshow Go For It. The programme premieres this Saturday, the 27th of August on ITV (Freesat Channel 103), and runs for seven weeks. Presented by Stephen Mulhern, Go For It aims to uncover the most unique skills of the nation and gives challengers the ultimate test, with the chance of winning £1,000.
Freesat developed the concept for the branded bumpers with newly appointed advertising agency Mr. President and production company, TellyJuice, created the idents. The sponsorship marks the beginning of Freesat’s national advertising campaign.
Commenting on the sponsorship, Jennifer Elworthy, Director of Marketing & Communications at Freesat, said: “We are thrilled to sponsor ITV’s Go For It. Freesat is committed to supporting subscription free TV and this is a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness of our brand and remind people of how unbelievably good subscription free TV can be.”
