Amy Savitsky has been named Senior Vice President, Development & Programming for A&E Network, it was announced by Elaine Frontain Bryant, Executive Vice President & Head of Programming for A&E.

“Amy joins A&E with a proven track record of developing long-running franchises that engage viewers,” said Frontain Bryant.  “With her experience developing buzzy factual content, Amy is the perfect fit for the A&E brand.”

Savitsky joins A&E after more than a decade at Discovery Communications.  Most recently she served as Senior Vice President of Development for TLC,
