TalkTalk offers Premier League games sub-£1
August 3, 2015
UK quad play operator TalkTalk has launched a ‘Sky Sports Season Ticket’ which it claims offers the best value for sports fans, covering six Sky Sports channels for £11 (€15.64) a month for duration of the forthcoming football season.
At £99 for nine months, with access to 108 Premier League matches, the package works out as 36p a day or 92p per Premier League match.
With the nine-month package, TalkTalk TV subscribers can also tune into the Championship, League 1 and League 2 games, giving football fans the opportunity to watch their team, whoever they support. Instead of being tied into a costly year-long subscription, viewers can switch off the Season Ticket over the summer months to save money, says Talk Talk. Fans can also enjoy a range of other sports including access to the F1 channel with coverage of every race, the concluding test matches of the Ashes cricket series, international Rugby Union and the US Open tennis.
The package is available to TalkTalk customers from 23 August at £11 per month plus the cost of a TalkTalk TV package.
TalkTalk continues to offer its monthly Sky Sports Boost, which viewers can dip in and out of at any time with no ongoing commitment.
