Amazon SVoD rights for The Fall

A deal has been agreed between Endemol Worldwide Distribution (EWD) and Amazon Prime Instant Video for the exclusive SVoD rights in the UK to the acclaimed drama series The Fall. Season 1 of the series is available to stream immediately.
”We’re delighted to secure another high quality drama exclusively for our customers,” said Chris Bird, Film & TV Strategy Director, Amazon Instant Video UK. “Alongside Golden Globe nominated Amazon original series Transparent, our recent hit third series of Ripper Street and the ever popular Vikings, this just adds to the stable of high quality drama only available for subscription streaming in the UK through Amazon Prime Instant Video.”
The Fall is BBC Two’s highest rated drama series in ten years.
