Hulu hires Netflix executive
May 15, 2014
US streaming service Hulu has recruited Jenny Wall, Netflix’s former marketing executive who oversaw campaigns for series including House of Cards and Arrested Development.
Wall will oversee brand strategy and acquisition and retention channels. At Netflix, she was head of its global creative team.
“Jenny is a really passionate person — her energy is infectious. And she is a risk taker,” Hulu CEO Mike Hopkins said in a blog post. “Second, she is both strategic and creative — a hybrid. Throughout her career, she’s been attracted to opportunities that enable her to creatively propel businesses toward the future.”
