Hauppauge Digital, PC TV technology provider, has introduced an ExpressCard TV tuner, giving owners of the laptop computers a quick way to add free live TV to their PCs. The Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1400 provides analogue and digital (Freeview) TV reception via the new ExpressCard format. The card also comes with Hauppauge’s WinTV 6 viewing software and SoftPVR to schedule and record programmes for later viewing. Recorded video can also be burned to DVD for long-term storage.
