Adlook appoints Thompson as VP Sales, UK

Adlook, a next generation media technology company specialising in AI-powered advertising across the open web and CTV, has announced two senior leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its commercial structure in the UK and across EMEA. Darren Thompson joins as Vice President of Sales, UK, while Jacek Celiński has been promoted to Regional VP Growth, EMEA.
The appointments reinforce Adlook’s focus on scaling its presence in the UK market while aligning regional growth efforts under a broader EMEA leadership structure.

Thompson will lead commercial operations and market expansion in the UK, focusing on strengthening partnerships with agencies and brands and leading Adlook’s local sales organisation. With more than 25 years of experience across digital media and advertising technology, he has built and scaled commercial organisations through multiple high-growth phases. He previously held senior leadership roles at Spotify, Teads, and Undertone, leading teams during periods of significant transformation and platform expansion, including the evolution of podcast advertising into a major revenue channel. Most recently, as Growth Director for Stink Studios and Film, he focused on building scalable go-to-market structures, strengthening executive-level partnerships, and driving disciplined, sustainable growth across competitive markets.
