Kozma launches Naru Force Studios
February 17, 2026
Salla Kozma, founder of Pig & Horse Productions, has announced the launch of Naru Force Studios, a new Monaco-based media and technology company that will build social-first formats, owned platforms, and AI-assisted content ecosystems.
Naru Force Studios will develop unscripted formats and IP designed specifically for new first-party streaming apps, creator platforms, and social media distribution. The company will integrate AI tools to optimise workflows across the development, production, and brand-matching processes to enable faster iteration and data-informed storytelling.
The new venture will operate alongside Kozma’s Monaco- and Finland-based production company, Pig & Horse Productions, which launched in 2025. Pig & Horse will continue to develop high-end documentaries and unscripted formats for linear channels.
Unlike traditional production companies reliant on conventional broadcaster commissions, Naru Force Studios will create platform-native IP with built-in e-commerce, creator partnerships, and branded entertainment integrations. Each IP will enable revenue driving through advertising, licensing, live commerce, and direct-to-consumer sales.
Last year, Kozma’s Pig & Horse entered into a partnership with Time Out, to co-develop a slate of innovative unscripted formats. The pilot marked Time Out’s first foray into testing original, branded series production and creating original entertainment formats for audiences around the world.
Naru Force Studios’ first flagship IP will be a K-Pop format which will launch initially across social channels before being launched in-app in order to bring an established audience base that can grow and monetise these platforms over time.
Partnering up with Kozma as part of this new venture are international distribution specialist Beatrice Rossmanith of Mothership, as well as long-time partner and former Fremantle Finland Head of Development, Anssi Rimpelä. Having worked across a variety of factual, entertainment and branded formats alongside NBCU-owned AwesomenessTV, Red Bull Media House, and Magnify Media and others, Rossmanith’s expertise spans distribution strategy across all key global markets, and will be supporting Naru Force Studio’s content, brand and international distribution strategy.
Rimpelä’s collaboration with Naru Force Studios will see him bring over 20 years of experience producing formats to the company’s innovative IP slate. Anssi played an important role in localising 27 globally recognised formats for the Finnish market, including Pop Idol, Got Talent, X Factor and Best Singers, many of which were awarded multiple Finnish Emmy awards. He is also the CEO of Finnish creative studio, Up to Level Media, which he founded in 2017.
Naru Force Studios is entering its proof year in 2026, investing €200,000 to build its core platform, operating system and AI technology infrastructure ahead of a planned funding round in 2027.
Kozma said “The media industry is shifting from broadcaster commissioning to platform-first and self-commissioned IP. With Naru Force Studios, we are building ecosystems, not single or standalone shows. Each format is designed to cultivate long-term audiences and create sustainable commerce opportunities. Pig & Horse remains central to our premium documentary slate, while Naru Force Studios expands our vision into a scalable, tech-enabled model that reflects how modern audiences engage and shop. We are uniting production, distribution, technology, and commerce into one vertically integrated ecosystem.”
The studio’s operating model is structured to support investment and partners from brands and content creators from its inception, and Kozma is in conversation with global media groups, strategic investors and platform partners.
