Prime Video outlines Young Adult slate

Prime Video has revealed more from its upcoming slate of young adult (YA) series and movies at an exclusive event which brought together stars from some of Prime Video’s most successful originals across Europe and Latin America.

Nicole Wallace, star of Prime Video’s biggest international original ever, Culpa Tuya, was announced as the lead in the upcoming English-language Italian Original series Postcards From Italy, created by Lisa Riccardi and Damiano Bruè and directed by Academy Award-winner Jessica Yu (Quiz Lady, Fosse/Verdon, Only Murders in the Building, The Morning Show).

Prime Video offered a spotlight on their exclusive collaboration with bestselling author Mercedes Ron, with stars from the Culpable’s saga, Dímelo Bajito and Marfil and joining Ron onstage. Dubbed the ‘House of Ron’, the collaboration will deliver ten book-to-screen adaptations continuing to expand Ron’s global fanbase through immersive storytelling. The panel also confirmed that the second instalment in the Dímelo trilogy, Dímelo en Secreto, is set to begin production soon.

Also joining the showcase were:

  • Gabriel Guevara, star of the global phenomenon Culpa Mia, Culpa Tuya and now Culpa Nuestra
  • Hugo Diego Garcia, lead of Marfil (film adaptation of the first book on the Enfrentados duology)
  • Fernando Líndez and Diego Vidales, stars of Dímelo Bajito
  • Mia Jenkins, Pepe Barroso Silva, and Luca Melucci from the English-language Italian Original romance Love Me, Love Me – Magnetic Hearts
  • Franco Masini, one of the leads of the Argentinian series Amor Animal

The showcase featured exclusive first-look images, clips, and panel discussions that offered insights into each project and their characters.
