BT Vision 600, 000+ subs

BT has surpassed 600,000 subscribers for its BT Vision hybrid DTT/IPTV service it confirmed in its Q2 results – up from 575,000 customers three months previously.
The UK telco also added 71,000 customers to its superfast broadband service ‘BT Infinity’ in the second quarter of 2011, bringing the total to over 200,000, and its superfast broadband network has now passed over 5 million premises. Total broadband net additions in the quarter were 141,000, bringing its total retail broadband customer base to 5.8 million and giving a 37 per cent share of the UK’s total DSL and LLU market.
