Arabsat signs Rotana contract

Alhamedi Alanezi, Arabsat’s new CEO, helping to represent the satellite operator at CabSat in Dubai, has signed a 14 channel exclusive renewal contract with media network Rotana.
Alanezi signed the agreement which, as well as the exclusive HD channels, also covers eight others in Standard Definition.
The new agreement is for three years and sees Rotana take two complete transponders from Arabsat.
