Telekom Austria IPTV up 50%

AonTV, Telekom Austria’s IPTV service added 55.3 per cent more subs to reach 134,000 at September. Telekom Austria said its multi-play product packages had stemmed the loss of fixed lines during the third quarter to only 1,200. Telekom Austria’s fixed-line broadband base grew by 13.9 per cent year-on-year to 1.1 million lines. Telekom Austria posted revenues of E1.185 billion for the third quarter, down 3.8 per cent. EBITDA was E449 million, down 8.3 per cent.
