Banijay Kids & Family signs raft of distribution deals

Banijay Kids & Family, a specialist in children’s entertainment, has announced new international distribution deals across its portfolio, reflecting continued demand for its kids and family IP.
The Once Upon a Time… franchise is travelling widely, with key seasons landing with AB Svensk Filmindustri (Nordics), Mediawan Thematics’ Mangas (France & select French-speaking territories), Studio Hayato (Taiwan), and TV5Monde (multi-territory). Stan & Gran also strengthens its footprint with ViuTVsix (Hong Kong), HOP! (Israel), and YLE (Finland). While Totally Spies! continues its global reach with partners acquiring multiple seasons including Kartoon Studios (US/ Canada), Studio Hayato (Taiwan), and TV5Monde (multi-territory).
Third-party titles represented by Banijay Kids & Family are also in high demand, with various seasons of Moominvalley (pictured) picked up by S4C (UK), and Piripenguins rolling out across ViuTVsix (Hong Kong), Mediacorp (Singapore), S4C (UK) and TG4/Cúla4 (Eire).
In addition, a number of inflight deals have been secured, including select seasons of Once Upon a Time… with FVS Entertainment, and Touch Inflight; Totally Spies! with FVS Entertainment, and Aeroplay; and Moominvalley for Touch Inflight, Anuvu, and Images In Motion.
