MBC Group has announced the launch of MBC Mood, its new music channel serving as a fresh entertainment destination across television, digital platforms, and interactive social media channels.

The new channel is dedicated to showcasing the contemporary music scene while keeping pace with the ongoing evolution of the music industry, both in terms of artistic content and programming schedules, as well as digital broadcasting and technological innovations.

MBC Mood is available immediately via the Arabsat satellite on frequency 11270, offering viewers an around-the-clock music experience. The channel features Arabic music videos, the latest song releases, entertainment and arts programmes, as well as leading live and recorded concerts and musical performances. In addition, the channel will spotlight established Arab music stars while also supporting emerging young talent in the worlds of music and entertainment. At the same time, it aims to provide an interactive music platform that remains continuously connected with its viewers.
