Dr Seuss Enterprises, Moonbug partner for YouTube crossover events

The whimsical world of preschool content is about to experience a big twist. Dr Seuss Enterprises and Moonbug Entertainment are teaming up on a series of digital episodes that bring together Blippi and the iconic D. Seuss Characters, The Grinch and The Cat in the Hat.
The collaboration will feature four unique episodes, with the first two focused on Blippi and The Grinch premiering on the Blippi and Dr Seuss YouTube channels today [December 19th]. The second set of episodes, starring The Cat in The Hat with Blippi and Meekah, will feature a birthday theme and debut in late February in the lead up to Dr Seuss’s birthday celebration on March 2nd. This collaboration with Blippi also marks the first ever collaboration for the Dr Seuss YouTube channel.
The drops on the Blippi and Dr Seuss YouTube Channels will differ from each other, so fans can watch a unique episode on each of the channels for both The Grinch collaboration later this month and The Cat In The Hat Collaboration debuting early next year. The crossover events are taking place at a time when both the Blippi and Dr Seuss YouTube channels are dominating the digital family content landscape.
Since relaunching their YouTube channel in 2024 as a family co-viewing destination, in tandem with Little Dot Studios, who also produced the Dr Seuss x Blippi episodes for the Dr Seuss YouTube channel, the Dr Seuss Enterprises has grown viewership by leaps and bounds on the platform. This year, so far, the channel has generated 82.4 million views, gaining 735.5K subscribers in 2025 alone. The Blippi channel continues to be one of the most-watched preschool destinations on YouTube globally, averaging over 2 billion monthly views and reaching more than 100 million subscribers across all channels.

- December 19th (Dr Seuss YouTube Channel) The Grinch and Blippi Make Gingerbread Houses!: Blippi drops by the Grinch’s cave with one mission: bring him lots and LOTS of Christmas cheer! The Grinch, naturally, wants nothing to do with anything merry or bright… at least not at first. What follows is a hilariously playful gingerbread-making adventure, perfect for little viewers and their grown-ups. As they build, decorate, and even bust out some wildly unexpected dance moves, Blippi and the Grinch discover that trying new things—and welcoming someone completely different—can spark some seriously delightful fun.
- December 19th (Blippi YouTube Channel) Silly Christmas Games with Blippi and the Grinch: When Blippi visits the Grinch’s cave, his green friend isn’t feeling very cheerful. With fun games, silly surprises, and imaginative play, Blippi shows The Grinch that spending time with friends is what makes the Christmas season extra special.
- February 27th (Blippi YouTube Channel) Blippi Meets The Cat in the Hat: When Blippi’s volcano fizzles and Meekah’s toy car won’t fly, help comes from an unexpected place! The Cat in the Hat arrives just in the nick of time to help our friends get their projects ready for the science fair. Colorful and wacky challenges are undertaken as Blippi and Meekah discover the amazing world of Dr Seuss. But when The Cat in the Hat’s playful nature reveals itself, anything can happen.
- February 27th (Dr Seuss YouTube Channel) The Cat in the Hat’s Birthday Surprise with Blippi: It’s The Cat in The Hat’s big birthday bash! Blippi and Meekah arrive convinced they’re springing a surprise. Instead, they’re the ones in for a twist: The Cat in the Hat has cooked up a whimsical birthday scavenger hunt just for them! Joined by Seuss Circle Time’s Tizzie and Ziggy, the crew follows clue after clue, leading them into songs, dances, playful challenges, and plenty of Seussian sparkle. Each step brings them closer to uncovering the Cat in The Hat’s Great Birthday Surprise—turning the celebration into a joyful, high-energy adventure!
