Equativ, the end-to-end media platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jack Edmonds as VP Partnerships, EMEA. Equativ also welcomes the addition of four new hires to its UK sales team: Gareth Jenkins, Katie Buckle, Pierre Bolze, and Tom Maynard.

Jack Edmonds joins Equativ from Criteo’s CommerceGrid and will be based in London overseeing Global Agency Partnerships. He will work closely with Patrice Marin (Chief Partnership Officer), Alicia Haynes (VP of Global Partnerships), and Jayme Shapiro (Global Partnerships Manager). Jack’s focus will be on accelerating partnerships across EMEA and bridging market dynamics to support Equativ’s global growth ambitions.

Equativ also continues to invest in regional talent, strengthening its London-based UK sales team to deliver effective and innovative advertising solutions for agencies and brands:

• Gareth Jenkins joins as Demand Sales Director with more than 15 years of experience in ad tech. He has built a successful career in sales across Virgin Media, The Daily Telegraph, and Teads
• Katie Buckle, also appointed Demand Sales Director, brings rich experience in high-impact formats from her time at Sublime, and expertise in mobile gaming advertising from Digital Turbine. She will lead client relationships across Dentsu and Omnicom International.
• Pierre Bolze, joins as Sales Director, offering a decade of experience in the ad tech industry, with previous roles at companies such as Taboola. He joins with strong agency relationships and deep knowledge of programmatic advertising.
• Tom Maynard joins as Demand Partnerships Manager, having held previous roles at Mobkoi in ad tech sales and in digital partnerships during the Warner Bros Discovery merger.

These new appointments reflect Equativ’s commitment to building a multidisciplinary, experienced team across the UK and Europe, focused on helping advertisers and agencies maximise the value of their media investments.
