SoftAtHome rolls out Orchestr’ON Home Gateway App Store solution
April 10, 2025
SoftAtHome has announced the commercial availability of Orchestr’ON, its operator-controlled Home Gateway App Store solution. A Tier 1 operator is currently deploying Orchestr’ON, marking a significant step in the evolution of operator-led digital services.
Orchestr’ON is SoftAtHome’s platform for deploying, managing, and monetising digital services via operator-managed home gateways (HGWs). Based on prpl open standards, it gives operators full control to tailor their own App Store to fit their strategy and business model.
Unlike closed ecosystems, Orchestr’ON gives operators full editorial, commercial, and strategic control—deciding which services are offered, how they’re branded, and monetised. It integrates smoothly with OSS/BSS systems and uses the cloud for extended functionality and seamless updates.
Orchestr’ON is not just an app marketplace — it’s a fully operator-controlled, strategic platform allowing operators to run and monetise their digital service ecosystem. Operators—not vendors—fully control service availability, pricing, and branding. This empowers them to create curated, differentiated offers aligned with local market needs, strengthening their competitive edge and strategic autonomy.
With a Tier 1 operator preparing deployment and multiple projects underway, SoftAtHome is accelerating the shift to operator-led digital services. Beyond connectivity, operators can now curate and control their own digital ecosystems — creating tailored Home Service marketplaces aligned with strategic goals and local demands.
Arnaud Bellivier De Prin, CEO at SoftAtHome, commented: “Orchestr’ON is a game-changer for operators looking to move beyond connectivity. It provides the foundation for fully managed, customisable digital home services, empowering operators to take control of service distribution, monetisation, and customer experience — all while ensuring seamless interoperability with existing infrastructure.”
