BuyDRM and Whale TV collaborate

BuyDRM, a provider of digital rights management (DRM) and content security services, has announced that Whale TV, an independent TV operating system maker, will be working with BuyDRM’s MultiKey Service to ensure DRM compatibility on Whale TV models. Whale TV powers 41 million monthly active TVs and works with 400+ TV brands worldwide to create smart & simple to use TVs.
The KeyOS Content Security Platform is an award-winning, studio-approved Multi-DRM and Watermarking platform for music and video. BuyDRM’s KeyOS Platform protects the assets of copyright holders and distributors with robust security services and solutions for high-value media and is trusted by many of the most prominent names in media and entertainment across the globe.
Whale TV is a licensable independent operating system for TVs and projectors that combines and organises all entertainment on one screen, whether it’s broadcast, streamed or playing on a connected device. Whale TV also helps consumers find entertainment to watch through powerful discovery features such as AI-powered recommendations and universal search.
