Disney Pixar ‘pandemic’ movies hitting US cinemas

Pixar has announced that a trio of movies that were released on the Disney+ streaming platform during the C0vid-19 pandemic, when lockdowns were enforced around the globe, will soon be arriving in US cinemas.
Posting on social media platform X, Pixar said: “Experience all the emotions for the first time ever IN THEATERS! See Disney and Pixar’s Soul, Turning Red, and Luca on the big screen in 2024.”
Oscar-winning Soul will first screen along with director Madeline Sharafian’s short Burrow on January 12th; on February 9th, Turning Red (pictured) will follow, supported by Rosana Sullivan’s short Kitbull; and on March 22nd, Luca will arrive in cinemas alongside Ralph Eggleston’s short For the Birds.
The next new Disney Pixar movie is Inside Out 2 which is slated for a June 14th 2024 cinema release.
