Canal+ retains Premier League rights

Canal+ has retained the exclusive broadcast rights to Premier League football in France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Vietnam until 2028.
The France-based pay-TV broadcaster will air all 380 games per season during next rights cycle. Games in France to be shown on its linear Canal+ channels, its OTT service myCanal, and on digital channel Canal+ Premier League.
“The Premier League is delighted to extend our longstanding partnership with Canal+ until the end of the 2027/28 season,” commented Paul Molnar, chief media officer at the Premier League. “Canal+ is an outstanding partner and has continued to deliver market-leading and innovative coverage across its established and new digital platforms. We look forward to Canal+ continuing to be the home of the Premier League across these important territories.”
