France: Prime Video enhances Roland-Garros coverage

Co-hosting the forthcoming Roland-Garros French open tennis tournament along with France Télévisions, streaming platform Prime Video has confirmed coverage of all the main matches in 4K. This will be complemented with an audio multi-track option that allows the choice of watching a match with or without commentary. This option will be available via the web, a smartphone, a tablet or Apple TV.Prime Video is also reviving the X-Ray function for Android mobiles and Fire TV which delivers detailed information (career of a player, statistics, results etc) on a match.Taking place from May 16th until June 5th, the tournament will be streamed live on Prime Video, which holds a co-exclusive coverage from the qualifying competition to the male final. The platform’s line-up includes the exclusive streaming of ten evening matches played on Philippe-Chatrier court, a daily streaming of all matches played on Simonne-Mathieu court as well as the live streaming of both the female and male semi-finals and finals, doubles and singles. Prime Video shares the Roland-Garros rights with France Télévisions to 2023.
