Spain: Movistar integrates Universal+

Movistar has reached an agreement with NBC Universal International Networks to integrate Universal+ into its pay-TV platform, as well as carry the Calle 13, Syfy and Dreamworks TV channels on an exclusive basis.
The new channels will be available both as linear services and VoD content, marking the first time for Dreamworks to be viewable in Spain – where access will also be possible through the children app Movistar Junior.

Movistar subscribers will be able to watch a number TV series including Missions, Almost Paradise, Magnum, Evil, Deputy and The Outpost, as well as the soon to launch Resident Alien (pictured), among others.
