September 23, 2020
As video streaming expands beyond entertainment to education and enterprise applications, executives from SSIMWAVE, Kaltura and Videolinq will address challenges that content providers universally face during a virtual panel at ConnecTech Asia on October 1st
The timely conversation will zero in on key aspects of video streaming that are common to providers of any size, including: cloud encoding; orchestration of cloud tools; the evolution of video to social media platforms; and the ability to reduce bitrates while keeping the viewer experience high. The panel will be moderated by encoding expert, author and blogger Jan Ozer.
Panelists for the event will represent a cross section of the streaming industry, including:
- Carlos Hernandez, Chief Revenue Officer, SSIMWAVE;
- Zohar Babi, Executive Vice President of Platform and Growth, Kaltura; and
- Eyal Menin, Co-Founder of Videolinq.
“As we’ve adapted to the pandemic, executives, entrepreneurs and educators alike have embraced streaming,” said Hernandez. “The objective of our panel is to help streamers of all shapes and sizes navigate the technology aspects of this new landscape, among them cloud-based solutions that can help providers reduce bitrates without degrading viewer experiences.”
