Supersphere to broadcast CS:GO eSports event in VR

On November 9th and 10th, millions of eSports fans will be focused on ESL’s Intel Extreme Masters in Beijing, China where 8 of the world’s best CS:GO teams will battle for big prizes and glory.
Supersphere, the immersive content company, has been selected as the production partner for Oculus and ESL to bring eSports broadcast into the VR world. For those who can’t make it to Beijing, Supersphere will cover all the action with an immersive, social VR livestream in Oculus Venues.
This continues the ongoing series of major eSports tournament being produced and broadcast entirely in social VR format. Beijing is the third of four, with Odense, Denmark coming up on December 6th and with Brooklyn, NY and Hamburg, Germany broadcasts earlier this autumn.
With just a headset, (Oculus Quest or Oculus Go) fans can enjoy the competition from the comfort of their own homes, watching and interacting with their friends from across the globe.
