Arianespace says it is not affected by the loss last month of the Soyuz-MS10 launch incident, which resulted in two crew members having to be returned to Earth after the emergency.
Arianespace has confirmed its next launch with a Soyuz rocket will take place next week on November 7th, for a scientific mission (with a weather satellite). Arianespace uses a modified version of the Soyuz.
Russia has scheduled an unmanned mission with a Soyuz to the International Space Station on November 18th.
Russia’s Roscosmos space agency has said it would report on the October 11th failure imminently.
