Gervais, Netflix expand stand-up deal
January 3, 2018
After making a deal to distribute Ricky Gervais’ stand-up show Humanity, which the comedian is currently touring, Netflix has announced they will be producing another stand-up exclusive from Gervais.
The special hasn’t been filmed or even conceived yet, according to a Tweet from Gervais – who has asked his social media followers to suggest a title for the future project.
Humanity will become available on Netflix during the first quarter of 2018.
