Movistar adds Disney movie channel

Telefónica’s pay-TV platform Movistar Plus and Disney have entered into a strategic alliance that will see the launch of a Movistar Disney channel.
Movistar Disney is only the second TV channel globally that offers 24 hour broadcasts of Disney movies along with Sky Movies Disney in the UK.
The new channel will air recent box office hits like Frozen and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales as well as classic films including The Lion King and Aladdin.
