Spain: Movistar Plus offers discounts

Telefónica’s IPTV platform Movistar Plus is further lowering its prices to capture subscribers in an increasingly competitive market.
The company has reduced the price of its convergent package Fusión + Ocio by 50 per cent for a six months period for new subscribers. The offer includes Movistar + TV package with TV series, 8 Gbytes of mobile data and optic fibre at 300 Mb for €45 a month (normal price is €90). If it is via ADSL or fibre at 50 Mb the price is €37.5 a month (Normal price is €75).
Movistar Plus is also offering Fusión + Ocio with a discount of 20 per cent for current subscribers. And it is also offering Premium Extra (football, cinema, series and sports) for free for four months for new broadband clients.
