Rosendal Fastigheter signs agreement with Com Hem
February 4, 2016
Swedish multi-play operator Com Hem has signed an agreement with property developer Rosendal Fastigheter. Under the agreement, Com Hem will deliver high-speed broadband via FiberLAN to all newly constructed properties in Rosendal Fastigheter’s portfolio for a period of three years.
In the first stage, Com Hem will deliver 1 Gbit/s via FiberLAN to 113 apartments in the newly constructed owner-occupied building Smaragden, which opened for occupancy in December 2015. In the spring of 2017, occupancy will commence in an additional 344 apartments in Inspiration Rosendal, an owner-occupied building in Uppsala. Rosendal Fastigheter is currently planning about 2,000 more new homes.
“We adapt our offering to the individual needs of landlords. In this particular project, students and other young people with high demands on their connectivity are living in the property and we believe they will appreciate our high-speed services of up to 1 Gbit/s,” says Stefan Trampus, Director of Sales at Com Hem.
