Spain: Turner and Telson distribution deal

Spanish company Telson and Turner Broadcastnig have strengthened their links with a new distribution agreement whereby Telson will produce and distribute several TV channels for Turner group in the Iberian Peninsula.
Both groups have allied to produce and distribute through the subsidiary Tres60 Gropu TCM HD, TNT HD and Cartoon Portugal and integrate their broadcasting and technology systems both in Madrid and in London.
Turner has had a presence in the Spanish market since 1999, although the group has recently reshuffled its pay TV offer by ceasing the broadcasting of Cartoon Network and Cartoonito. Two of its signals TCM and TNT are already available on HD through cable and satellite, including Canal Plus, Movistar TV and ONO, among others.
