May 6, 2013
In April, Levira appointed Tarmo Osman as the new director of the Network Services Division. He is responsible for managing TV and radio services and telecommunications at Levira.
“Tarmo brings a wealth of experience and fresh energy to the company management. His long experience in the field, both in Estonia and abroad, is a good basis for further development of media and telecommunication services,” stated Mart Einpalu, CEO of Levira. “Tarmo’s priority will be the satisfaction of our customers – TV and radio channels and telecoms.”
“Levira is in a very interesting development stage and I am happy to be part of this process,” said Tarmo Osman. “Given the general developments in broadcasting today, we need to revise our current business models. The integration of broadcasting, media and telecommunications set ground for new business models and bring new players to the market, which requires greater flexibility and new developments also from the existing operators.”
Tarmo Osman has worked as development director at Tele2 and head of the Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications. He is a founding member of the Lions Club Tallinn Toompea.
