Vimpelcom deploys Motorola Mobility’s Video Bridge
January 29, 2013
Beeline TV subscribers in Russia are now able to watch TV shows virtually anywhere in the home, without the need for unsightly bundles of wires, with the introduction of Motorola Mobility’s VAP2400 HD wireless video bridge.
Motorola has designed the VAP2400 to provide companies like Vimpelcom with a cost-effective device that will deliver its subscribers a wireless HD TV viewing experience virtually anywhere in the home. Alongside Motorola’s VIP2262E compact, superior, HDTV IP set-top box, the VAP2400 streams high definition video over the Wi-Fi spectrum throughout the home to reach further and enable a better quality HD video viewing experience, even through thick walls. Furthermore, the easy installation and set-up process means Beeline TV customers can benefit from wireless video out of the box without having to wait for an installation engineer.
