ProSiebenSat.1 Group has confirmed the appointment of Ralf Schremper to CFO Digital with effect from February. Schremper will take on this new position in addition to his two functions as Executive VP of Strategic Planning/Mergers & Acquisitions and as CFO and Managing Director of Red Arrow Entertainment Group.

Schremper replaces the departing Ralf Gierig.
