Oregan to step into multiscreen with PVR and aggregated search

Oregan Networks plans to bolster its platform offering for the current and future MSO deployments, with an “on the go” recording and viewing capability which synchronises home devices with tablets, laptops and smart phones.
The company’s domain and expertise has been deeply embedded in the TV centric space, however the new product expands beyond its traditional area of focus. As consumer’s expectations to control and access information and entertainment on multiple devices have firmly shifted towards mainstream, cable and satellite operators have taken a serious view of this need. Ability to schedule entertainment in advance has become part of the winning formula, determined by the factor of convenience.
