ProSiebenSat.1 expands maxdome with Disney

ProSiebenSat.1 is signing an extensive VoD rights agreement for maxdome with Disney Germany. The cooperative arrangement will add over 500 titles to the portfolio of Germany´s largest online video rental service. The agreement includes kids and family programming and feature films which will be made available through maxdome both on a transactional basis and within the subscription package.
The contract covers the exploitation of current episodes following the Free TV broadcast of highly popular Disney Channel series such as “Disney Hannah Montana” and “Disney Wizards of Waverly Place” as well as animated series like the Disney Junior series “Handy Manny”. Additionally, the agreement also includes all new current releases such as “Pirates of the Caribbean – On Stranger Tides” and a large number of titles from Disney´s extensive film archive.
