Gazillion Entertainment, a developer, publisher and operator of browser-based games, has revealed that two free-to-play massively multiplayer online games – the kids’ game Marvel Super Hero Squad Online and the online action RPG Fortune Online – will be launched across Europe by ProSiebenSat.1 Digital, a division of ProSiebenSat.1 Group, the German media corporation. With this deal in place, ProSiebenSat.1 Digital will be delivering broadly based cross media promotional support as well as operating Gazillion’s online games in Europe.
“ProSiebenSat.1 Digital is a fantastic partner to have supporting and operating our products in the European market,” said Scott Rupp, SVP of Business Development for Gazillion Entertainment. “This partnership pairs the cross-platform marketing power of one of Europe’s media leaders with Gazillion’s premium free to play browser games.”
“Gazillion’s goal is to deliver entertaining console-quality games through the browser around the world,” continued John Needham, CEO of Gazillion Entertainment. “Part of our strategy in bringing our titles to international audiences is to work with world class partners like ProSieben.”
