Sundance channel on Imagenio
April 4, 2011
Sundance Channel Global will launch on Spain’s Movistar Imagenio, Telefónica’s IPTV service and one of the country’s largest television operators. Sundance Channel Global launched less than 2 years ago in a single country and now expands into its 9th territory. Combining the Sundance Channel brand with its capacity for content platform solutions, the channel will also offer mobile authenticated streaming to Imagenio subscribers.
Effective 1st of June, Movistar Imagenio viewers may access Sundance Channel Global as part of the service’s Family Package. Additionally, Movistar Imagenio will offer both SD and HD versions of Sundance Channel on demand. Rights of this deal also include mobile authenticated streaming.
