Movistar Imagenio launch HD VOD

Telefonica-owned IPTV service Movistar Imagenio has launched a High Definition VOD service called Imagenio Videoclub de Movistar, available for all fixed broadband clients.
A wide range of content -HD content, documentaries, cinema, TV series, concerts, children programmes- have been made available for subscribers at prices from E0.49 cents to E6. HD films will cost between E4 and E5, with normal standard films at E3 and E4, for a rental period of 24 to 48 hours.
Subscribers will also be able to watch their photos and personal multimedia content through a USB connection on condition they have a multimedia HD set-top-box marketed at a price of E39.90.
