Darroch takes Chair of Sky Deutschland

The Supervisory Board of Sky Deutschland has elected Jeremy Darroch, Chief Executive Officer of Sky, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sky Deutschland. He replaces James Murdoch, who will remain a member the Board.
The Supervisory Board of Sky Deutschland AG will comprise the following nine members:
– Jeremy Darroch (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Chief Executive Officer of BSkyB
– Markus Tellenbach, (Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board), President and CEO, TVN, Poland
– Andrew Griffith, Chief Financial Officer of BSkyB
– Dr. Stefan Jentzsch, Partner, Perella Weinberg Partners
– Mark Kaner, President, 20th Century Fox Television Distribution
– Miriam Kraus, Senior Vice President, Head of Global Governance, Risk & Compliance, SAP, Germany
– James Murdoch, Director and Co-Chief Operating Officer, Twenty-First Century Fox
– Harald Rösch, Independent Corporate and Investment Consultant,
– Katrin Wehr-Seiter, Managing Director, BIP Investment Partners
